Our Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or legitimate concerns about the services you received during your salon visit, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, you are required to return to the salon so that the service you received can be visually inspected. 

At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the Stylist which performed the initial service.  

All DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE. The reason for the deposit is to insure that the appointment times or special orders are kept. Should you change your mind about the services you want, and if the amount of that service is less than the deposit given for the previous service, the remaining portion of the deposit is non refundable.

Our Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving advanced notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping The Healthy Hair Spa's schedule filled, thereby providing a better service to everyone. 

Our Appointment Confirmation Policy

As a courtesy, we will call or send you a text message to confirm your beautification appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation/no show fee of $25.

Our Children Policy

We Love your children as much as you do, we even think they are cute and adorable. However it is not feasible, or realistic to think that children have the patience to wait while you get pampered. 

As a courtesy to everyone, and to allow for an awesome and relaxing spa experience, please leave your little ones at home unless they are having a service done. This does not include a haircut then wait a long period of time for mommy to finish being pampered. 

Remember children get antsy which in the end will make for an uncomfortable experience for all.
